Kindy Gym
A dynamic, semi structured class guided by our qualified Kindy Gym Staff. This class includes circuits and activities designed for children to develop their gross motor skills, as well as group activities where the children can work on their cognitive and fine motor skills. Each week has a different theme and includes new things to explore for the children. This class is a parent/child class, where child can work through the circuits at their own pace, with the assistance of their parent/carer.
Little Gym
Our Little Gym class is an independent class that allows the child to come into the class without their carer. The children work through structured circuits and activities with our Qualified coaches, with their carers viewing from the sideline.
Junior Gym
An independent class done without carer.
Fully structured and designed to prep your child for school by covering curriculum based activities as well as Gymnastics, delivered by a qualified Kindergym/Gymnastics instructor who understands the physical milestones of children.

Women’s Competitive Squad (WCS)
Men’s Competitive Squad (WCS)
Men’s Competitive Squad is an exciting and dynamic sport that includes incredible strength, flexibility, and agility.
Gymnasts learn skills on six apparatus: floor exercise, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar. Each skill is a combination of power, grace, and precision, requiring mastery of acrobatic skills, intricate combinations, and flawless execution.
Men’s Competitive Squad channels masculine energy to develop power, strength and control.
Our MCS gymnasts are given the opportunity to compete at a number of events throughout the year both locally and at Sydney based events.
Kimnastix currently has levels 1-4.
Progression Class
These classes typically focus on refining skills, building strength and flexibility, and introducing more complex skills.
This class is designed for children who have have ideally been through the recreational program and successfully achieved the fundamental skills of gymnastics.
Children are given the opportunity to be graded twice throughout the year in our In Club Friendly Competitions.

Teens gymnastics classes are a great way for adolescents to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. These classes cover various gymnastics skills, catering to different skill levels.
